Some plants produce water content at night, which makes the room more moisture. It does not make the nose and throat dry and with that sleeping will not be disturbed. Before selecting a jasmine plant, make sure you are choosing the right plant as some plants in the jasmine family do not have any fragrance at all.


Gardenia is a fragrant flower plant that is from China and Japan. In studies, scientists found out the flower helps in the sleeping process. This is another plant helping sleeping and anxiety.


Lavender, a beautiful fragrant flower plant, also helps to relax and lower blood pressure. The plant needs direct sunlight and well-drained soil. But some pets could not withstand lavender as it can be toxic to them.
